We use advanced algorithms and AI to analyse data from nearby hotels and B&Bs, ensuring our clients always hit the revenue sweet spot.

Our platform integrates with smart thermostats to efficiently manage property temperatures. This ensures that the property is adequately heated or cooled when tenants arrive, while minimizing energy waste when the unit is unoccupied. The system also prevents tenants from setting unusually low or high temperatures. Smart thermostats enhance tenant comfort and assist owners in conserving energy and reducing costs over time. Additionally, our team detects heating issues proactively through the platform, enabling proactive maintenance.

The app also serves as a portal to personal convenience, all with the simplicity and clarity of our intuitive dashboard.

Where is the apartment located? How do I get inside? What is the Wi-Fi code? In our guest app, guests find everything they need for a quick check-in and comprehensive information about the rented unit. We also provide details on all useful amenities, activities, and nearby restaurants. Based on feedback from previous guests, we update the information in the guest app as needed to ensure a perfectly hassle-free stay. The guest app is also the most convenient way to interact with guests, from check-in to leaving a positive review.

Our platform is fully compatible with smart locks. Guests can check in 24/7 without a physical key, smartphone app, or network connection. Our platform automatically generates unique codes that grant access for the duration of their stay (not before or after), ensuring security, preventing key loss, and maintaining control over access.
